Our chocolate and caramel coconut haystacks are made with flaked coconut and are pleasantly chewy and satisfying sweet treat. Not quite a cookie, not entirely a candy, haystacks are a delicious in-between delight.

They certainly do taste good but they're not at all what I was expecting. They're NOT coconut clusters that are made with milk chocolate and toasted coconut flakes. Instead, they're chewy coconut flakes mixed with what seems like fudge consistency.
