Very good product! Delicious and without all the fillers and processed junk in most protein powders. I mix a spoonful into my oatmeal each morning to add some more protein. It makes the oats creamier and adds a slightly nutty flavor, but it's not hugely noticeable (which is what I want!). It mixes well into the oatmeal, I've never tried mixing it with something cold (like a smoothie). If you like kinako (Japanese roasted soy powder), you'll like this! That's the closest flavor I can think of, but it's not nearly as strong as kinako.
